Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity within our Vancouver_ Branch for a BIM/VDC Coordinator. _This position works closely with the project teams, to assist in project delivery throughout the design and construction phases, utilizing Building Information Modeling “BIM” tools, to add value to project delivery. The BIM/VDC Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing all BIM/VDC components to be used for visualization, logistics planning, constructability analysis, building systems coordination and construction sequencing.

Position Specifications
- Post-Secondary education in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of BIM & VDC services, standards, and implementation
- 2+ years of production experience in BIM/VDC design, drafting or engineering
- Prior experience in the Construction Industry is considered an asset
- Strong 3D modelling skills and experience in creating and managing BIM models
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to use time productively, maximizing efficiency and meet challenging work goals
- Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others
- Technical expertise in using BIM-related software and tools for data management, visualization, and analysis
- Must be self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM & VDC
- Posses the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
