**Kinetic Construction Ltd**. has an opportunity within our Vancouver Branch for a **BIM/VDC Specialist **to under the direction of the Lean Integration Leader, implement of BIM & VDC-related technology and services. Work closely with the project teams to lead and assist in project delivery throughout the design and construction phases.

**The wage range for this position is $70,738.80 - $106,108.20 and is based on relevant skills and experience.**

**Position Specifications**
- In-depth knowledge of BIM & VDC services, standards, and implementation
- Post-secondary education in Architecture or Engineering is preferred
- 5+ years of production experience in design, drafting or engineering
- 1+ year working for a General Contractor
- Prior experience in the Construction Industry is considered an asset
- Ability to train other employees on various BIM tools and software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use time productively, maximizing efficiency and meet challenging work goals
- Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standards of conduct from self and others
- Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM & VDC
- Posses the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
