Web and Inbound Marketing Manager

**The impact you will have**:
As our Web and Inbound Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to build, maintain, and strategize campaign pages on our corporate website. You will bring a blend of technical web and SEO skills as well as a polished understanding of inbound marketing principles to drive lead gen in the technology industry.
You will also support our overall website structure, assist in on-going technical implementation projects, and help manage and optimize our inbound marketing through reporting and data. You understand the end-to-end structure of a lead and demand generation campaign and the required elements needed on our website.
**What you’ll do**:
- Establish governance and management of our corporate website content/imagery.
- Manage intake form via Asana, communicate updates with the stakeholders
- Adhere and advocate for end-to-end tracking of all web activity across website and landing pages via UTM/ITM/MAP tracking.
- Build and manage campaign and content pages for Content Stack
- Advocate and reinforce Softchoice web brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Ensure full compliance on the website with relevant laws and regulations ex: AODA compliance
- Accelerate SEO across the website, working with agency partners to improve on-page SEO.
- Create and implement data-driven A/B testing experiments to recommend UX and IA adjustments and focus on consistent conversion rate optimization.
- Support on-going projects with project plans, including deadlines, specs, assets, budgets, vendor coordination, status updates and approvals.
- Oversee the UX of the web channel with on-going improvements with Digital Product owners while supporting the wider organization through recommendations and guides.
- Monitor and optimize all traffic sources and using Google Analytics to provide insights and inputs to the rest of the organization.
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
- Experience managing CMS platforms,.
- Hands-on experience in project management tools, such as Asana
- Experience in Google Analytics
- Exceptional understanding of modern web design and UX.
- Inherently analytical and data-driven ability to identify and solve problems without direction.
- Solid understanding of web development principles, familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience with web information architectures a bonus.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects, campaigns, and programs cross-functionally.
- 3-5 years’ experience in web marketing.
