As a Foreman with us, you're not just overseeing operations; you're a crucial link between designers and crew members, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to excellence. Join us and be proud of the impactful work you do in shaping the landscape of Greater Edmonton.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- View job with Designers, Project Manager and, Client
- Create a project plan for the installation of the job
- Ability to step in and take over a job at any stage
- Accountability for the profitability and quality of the job
- Monitor and track job material and job progress
- Troubleshoot issues that arise on the job and modify the job in collaboration with the Designer and Client
- Responsible for crew timesheets
- Mentor and coach new employees on installation tactics
- Ability to understand and read elevations (building walls, patios, etc.) and drainage on projects
- Complete required paperwork and purchase orders
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Responsibility for a safe work environment and the workers under Foreman supervision
- Responsible for cleanliness of sites and company vehicles and equipment
- Complete required safety documents
- Incident reports
- Toolbox
- Hazard Assessments
- Inspections
- Operate equipment required for the job
- Other duties as required

***Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in building custom residential landscaping
- Minimum 3 years of leading a crew of 2-3 people
- Must be able to push and pull 60-100 lbs
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality completion
- Strong oral communication skills
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License and minimum 3 years personal auto insurance
