**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in the execution of landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Interpret landscape designs and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of plans.
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.
- Oversee the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
- Manage the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to design specifications.
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail in all aspects of landscaping work.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, workmanship, and safety on job sites.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in landscape construction and horticulture.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in reading landscape designs, blueprints, and project plans.
- Knowledge of hardscape and softscape installations, irrigation systems, and plant care.
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment, tools, and their proper use and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
