**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall management oversight including budget and schedule (lease roads, roads, general Earthworks).
- Manage the work site in the safest and most efficient manner, working cohesively with the safety team to ensure worksite health and safety is never compromised.
- Plan and implement schedules, determine manpower levels, material quantities and ensure equipment and manpower is available as required.
- Review and approve general foreman/foreman daily reports.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Earthworks Foreman
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and related codes
- Able to network and build lasting relationships within the industry and with potential clients
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software (e.g. Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook),
- Commitment to working in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented individual with the ability to effectively work with multiple and competing priorities and timelines
- Valid driver’s license
