Responsabilités

Le titulaire du poste relèvera du gestionnaire de la paie et travaillera avec une équipe dynamique de professionnels afin d'offrir le plus haut niveau de service à nos clients internes du point de vue de l'administration de la paie. Les responsabilités comprennent le traitement de la paie pour plusieurs sites Valmet aux États-Unis et au Canada en tenant à jour les dossiers des employés, en veillant à ce que les données de paie soient collectées, saisies, traitées, et vérifiées conformément aux spécifications.

Compétences- Diplôme d'études professionnelles ou collégiales, baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe combiné à 3 ans d'expérience de travail dans un service de paie.- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.- Maîtrise des systèmes et du flux de travail ADP et compréhension des systèmes de gestion du temps et des présences tels que Kronos, eTime ou alternatives.- Une certification de l’association canadienne de la paie ou l'équivalent serait un atout.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez être très organisé(e) et démontrer la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, de sonder et d'analyser des données afin de résoudre les problèmes des clients. The incumbent will report to the payroll Manager and will work with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver the highest level of service to our internal customers from a payroll administrative perspective. Responsibilities include the payroll processing for multiple Valmet locations throughout USA and Canada by maintaining employee records, ensuring the payroll data is collected, inputted, processed, balanced and verified in accordance to the specifications.

**Requirements**:
- Vocational diploma or collegial degree bachelor’s degree in a related field combined with 3 years of work experience in a payroll department.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in French and English.- Payroll accounting oriented (Payroll GL).- Mastery of ADP systems and workflow and understanding of Time & Attendance systems such as Kronos, eTime or alternatives.- Payroll designation or equivalent would be an asset.
