We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our office manager in managing administrative tasks and maintaining strong customer relationships.
**Job Description**:
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our office manager and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the office manager with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
Making phone calls to our customers to schedule appointments, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction.
Managing and responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintaining and updating customer records and databases.
Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Assisting in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office is well-organized.
Handling general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
Collaborating with team members to support various office and customer-related projects.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Friendly and professional phone etiquette.
Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a bonus.
Working Hours:
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
