Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with administrative tasks in a dental office setting
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Assist with medical receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files
- Transcribe documents or meeting minutes as needed
- File and organize documents in both physical and digital formats
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is beneficial
