**Master Halco**, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an **Inside Sales Associate** in Langley, BC.

The Inside Sales Associates work on the phone and at our branch's counter desk to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products.

**Inside Sales Associate daily expectations include**:

- Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospective customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business.
- Calling the current customers, by phone, to generate orders for delivery on scheduled delivery routes and to inform customers of specials and sales promotions.
- Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.
- Excellence with phone sales, computer entry, and customer-facing engagement

**Desired sales experience or applicable product knowledge**:

- Building materials: metals, woods, plastics, hardware
- Do-It-Yourself retail
- Construction
- Mechanical/Electrical

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in building products or DIY.
