This is an administrative position that would be best suited for an individual looking to broaden skills and experience in administration and customer service.
Reporting to the company’s Controller, the Receptionist will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Customer Service, including:
- Welcoming and attending to customers in office
- Communication with customers regarding project timelines and scheduling in support of Estimators
- Data processing, including:
- Entering customer data to project management software
- Entering sales orders to accounting software
- Scheduling installers in project management software
- Data organization and file management, including maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
- Customer payment collections and processing
- Office cleaning and organization
- Other clerical duties in support of office function

- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role
- Technological competencies, including the use of Microsoft Office and Google products
- Ability to learn new software’s quickly

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
