Enerflex Ltd. is looking for a **Total Rewards HR Administrator. **This role is located in Calgary, Alberta reporting to the Director, Total Rewards. You be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, communications, and research assistance as part of the global HR team supporting 5,000 employees in 25+ countries worldwide.

What You’ll Do:_**

You will play a key role in this individual contributor position, focusing on superior customer service:

- Assist in updating communication and training materials on global policies, practices, and programs ensuring internal documentation (guides, FAQs, forms, etc.) is relevant, current, and easily accessible.
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports for the Total Rewards function (i.e., monthly compensation reports, compliance reports, performance management completion).
- Administer the company’s recognition programs (service awards, peer to peer) including communications, validating recipient eligibility, ordering awards, and coordinating distribution to regional HR Teams.
- Administer the global retirement program, coordinating approvals and processes between managers, employees, benefits and regional HR.
- Assist the Total Rewards team with employee relocation and employee travel matters.
- Compile employee data for salary, benefit, and pay practice surveys.
- Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation for the Total Rewards function.
- Maintain master calendar of Total Rewards and Compensation activities, priorities, schedules, and deadlines on SharePoint.
- Assist with the development and distribution of annual compensation statements (e.g., LTIP and SERP statements).
- Provide support on employee outreach initiatives as relates to training and Total Rewards (i.e., wellness fairs, training sessions, pension meetings, retirement seminars, etc.).
- Assist with job creation, data audits related to compensation and position management.
- Upload documents to HR systems; organize and maintain shared folders, SharePoint sites, and FLEXnet, ensuring materials are current and up to date.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic human resource files for the company’s corporate team.
- Receive and distribute mail, arrange couriers, and order office supplies for Corporate office.
- Compile and submit expense claims for the global HR team.
- Provide back-up support to the Corporate Executive Assistant (i.e., general office duties, travel arrangements, board meeting set ups).

**_What We Are Looking For:_**
- 3+ years related administration experience required with a solid understanding of general office operations.
- Ideally this experience was as part of an HR team where you developed a good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially as this relates to Excel.
- Understand the requirements of privacy laws and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
