**You will be required to**
- Provide a timely and professional customer service to the clients we insure;
- Negotiate renewals and process modifications of insured’s contracts ;
- Analyze and understand the risks/needs of current and offer the appropriate products accordingly;
- Explain coverages in a simplified way;
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities and translate them into sales;
- Demonstrate empathy when a client suffers a loss and needs to open a claim.

**This job is for you if you**
- Have passed your 3 AMF exams for Personal Lines Damage insurance. We will sponsor trainees to complete their probationary period with permanent employment opportunity;
- Are bilingual;
- Demonstrate good organizational skills;
- Enjoy interpersonal interactions and customer service;
- Are comfortable with technology and computers.
- Currently live in Quebec with valid work status (please refrain if not applicable)

**En tant que courtier au service à la clientèle, vous aurez à**:

- Offrir un service à la clientèle rapide et professionnel aux clients que nous assurons ;
- Négocier les renouvellements et traiter les modifications des contrats des assurés ;
- Analyser et comprendre les risques/besoins des clients actuels et offrir les produits appropriés en fonction ;
- Expliquer les couvertures de manière simplifiée ;
- Identifier les opportunités de ventes croisées ou de ventes incitatives et les convertir en ventes;
- Faire preuve d'empathie lorsqu'un client subit une perte et doit ouvrir une réclamation.

**Ce poste est pour vous si vous**
- avez réussi vos 3 examens de l'AMF en assurance de dommages des particuliers.Nous parrainerons les stagiaires pour qu'ils terminent leur période probatoire avec une opportunité d'emploi permanent ;
- êtes bilingue;
- démontrez de bonnes compétences organisationnelles;
- appréciez les interactions interpersonnelles et le service à la clientèle ;
- êtes à l’aise avec la technologie et les ordinateurs.
- vivez actuellement au Québec avec un statut de travail valide (veuillez vous abstenir si non applicable)
