**Customer Service Representative**
- Salary + Commission: $50k - $75k_

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, understand, and identify the risks and needs of current and prospective clients;
- Offer the appropriate products based on clients' needs;
- Provide a timely and professional customer service to the clients we insure;
- Negotiate renewals and process modifications of insured clients’ contracts;
- Explain coverages in a simplified way;
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients;
- Stay updated on industry trends and insurance regulations;
**Requirements to write the AMF broker exams**:
If you don’t already hold a valid Quebec insurance broker license, you will be required to attend a 90 hour intensive course and pass an exam to get certified. To qualify to write the exams, you must have one or more of the following:

- 3 years of full-time work experience in any field
- OR a bachelor's degree in any field
- OR a diploma of collegial studies
- OR an AEC in damage insurance

**Additional requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A desire to succeed and grow within the insurance industry
- The ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- The ability to work in person at our office in Dorval

**Responsabilités**:

- Analyser, comprendre et identifier les risques et besoins des clients actuels et potentiels ;
- Proposer les produits appropriés en fonction des besoins des clients ;
- Fournir un service à la clientèle rapide et professionnel aux clients que nous assurons ;
- Négocier les renouvellements et traiter les modifications des contrats des clients assurés ;
- Expliquer les couvertures de manière simplifiée ;
- Fournir un service exceptionnel à la clientèle et construire des relations durables avec les clients ;
- Rester informé des tendances de l'industrie et des réglementations en matière d'assurance ;
**Exigences pour passer les examens de courtier de l'AMF**:
Si vous ne possédez pas déjà une licence de courtier en assurance valide au Québec, vous devrez suivre un cours intensif de 90 heures et réussir un examen pour obtenir une certification. Pour être admissible à passer les examens, vous devez avoir une ou plusieurs des qualifications suivantes:

- 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle à temps plein dans n'importe quel domaine
- OU un diplôme de baccalauréat dans n'importe quel domaine
- OU un diplôme d'études collégiales
- OU une AEC en assurance de dommages
