**We are looking for a Customization Specialist**:
Compensation: $60,000- $75,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

As our Customization Specialist, you’ll receive requests from our merchants to customize their UpCart Cart Drawer. Doing so involves writing CSS, HTML, and JavaScript code (using UpCart’s Public API) to provide the requested customizations to our merchants. You’ll also be tasked with keeping an open line of communication with the merchant.

**About the role**
- Customizing merchant cart drawers with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
- Communicating progress, delays, and impossible requests to the merchant
- Creation and maintenance of public customization documentation
- Providing customer support if no other tasks are available

**Requirements**:
**About you**
- Must be located in Edmonton, Alberta
- 1+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong reading comprehension
- Great written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Constantly looking for new ways to improve and accelerate the function
- Good knowledge of Shopify or Zendesk would be great but not required
