**Title**: Digital Services Team Lead

**Reports to**: Digital Marketing Manager

**Job Purpose**: Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Services Team Lead will own supporting our customers by providing first class digital media and content. This is to ensure the best possible brand experience for consumers as they research, shop, and purchase our products online. The Digital Services Team Lead will manage the entire portfolio of Napoleon products through a PIM, not only for our retailers but also on our own websites. They will be responsible for understanding retailer platforms (specifically Amazon Vendor and Seller Central), loading new products as well as maintaining and optimizing existing items. They will work closely with the sales team to understand retailer’s strategy and platforms, then develop and execute a strategy for our products to maximize sales. The Digital Services Team Lead will have strong knowledge in eCommerce strategies, Search Engine Marketing, Google Analytics and Promotional Advertising.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Supports the Sales teams as the point of contact for all online content.
- Act as Product Information Management (PIM) administrator.
- Provide reports to Digital Marketing Manager and analysis on conversion rates, product status, user ratings, etc.
- Assists with MAP Policy and brand standards enforcement.
- Collaborate with the internal team and outside agencies to execute digital campaigns.
- Work directly with the internal Marketing department to ensure additional online assets are created.
- Stay up to date on trends and changes in Ecommerce and Search Engine Marketing.
- Provides excellent Customer Services, supports key customers with online advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge leader for Google Analytics.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to E-Commerce Admins (such as product set ups, audits, product page enhancements, etc.).
- Manages vendor relationships for SEO and SEM.

**Education and Experience**:

- College Diploma in Digital Marketing or similar field.
- 5+ Years professional work experience in digital marketing and/or ecommerce merchandising.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- General computer skills; must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of retailer ecommerce landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly.
- Strong project and time management skills, able to be self-directed and proactively manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of website development and content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and its implementation.
- Ability to lead a team, provide detailed instructions and training.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proven track record to achieve goals.
- Has the skills to execute Paid search and Paid social campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag manager.
- Provides excellent customer service, is proactive and responsive.
- Knowledge of Heat Mapping software such as Hotjar.
