To do this, we need an Digital Account Manager who can dig deep into our clients’ business and understand their vision & goals.Are you ready to work in a fun, results focused team that values you and your contribution?
The work is mainly remote but requires occasional on-site visits to clients in Barrie, Newmarket, Aurora, and Vaughan.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ability to gather marketing goals, and communicate digital processes(SEO, Ads, Social) to clients.
- Act as the project lead on assigned digital initiatives, ensuring project milestones are met and outcomes align with client objectives.
- Manage client communications, acting as the main point of contact for all client interactions, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Oversee client feedback, integrating constructive insights into project adjustments to meet client satisfaction.
- Supervise site output, ensuring that all digital content aligns with client goals. This involves working with the website strategist to make sure they have a clear picture of what the client wants to achieve and doing a review of the work to make sure nothing was missed.
- Liaise with the website development team and other technical staff to coordinate development tasks and resolve issues swiftly.
- Ongoing reporting & performance: Review campaign performance with web strategist, ability to understand and explain to client what is and is not working. Must be able to provide clients with a vision of where we are going.
- Change Management: Will be responsible for explaining changes to clients and handling any charges required for those changes. PM will be supporting in the creation and management of change requests
- Responsible for client presentations, delivering compelling presentations to clients on the results/ status of their projects. This will include SEO, ads and website builds. These will be created by website strategist.
- Coordinate with vendors and external agencies on the development and implementation of comprehensive digital campaigns, including account setups.
