Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is a provider of Canadian and US Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including courier, TL and LTL services.
- **As the Accounts Payable, you would be responsible for**:_
- Timely processing of accounts payables invoices to the terms and conditions of the vendor.
- Adhering to internal financial polices and procedures.
- Completing the data entry, auditing, and processing of administrative and freight invoices.
- Verifying, reconciling, and maintaining Vendor account statements and information.
- Escalating current or potential issues to the VP of Finance.
- 2 years of office experience.
- Experience in an accounts payable function an asset.
- Post secondary education in accounting or related education is preferred.
- Experience with EFT payments and weekly cheque runs desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and **Advanced Excel**).
- Hands on experience with Great Plains Dynamics an asset
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a large volume of transactions on a daily basis.
- Previous experience completing one time and/or regular scheduled report generation and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Desire to learn and take on new tasks as assigned.
