Responsibilities:

• Oversee the auditing process to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Handle the processing of invoices and receipts in a timely manner.

• Manage account reconciliation and check runs.

• Utilize QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for various financial operations.

• Transition from using QuickBooks to Epicore for certain operations.

• Enter crucial data accurately and efficiently.

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

• Communicate effectively within the team and across departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Code invoices correctly and process them accordingly.


• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, and Coding Invoices
• Demonstrated skills in Data Entry and Invoice Processing
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field would be advantageous.
