THE OPPORTUNITY:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Provide general administrative support to the warehouses in the areas of purchasing materials, inventory management, maintenance and repair.
- Implement HR programs and procedures in the warehouses, such as recruitment through labour agencies, employee relations and HR information systems. - Develop and maintain Health & Safety policies to ensure the warehouses comply with OHSA and other regulations. - Provide support, guidance and timely information relating to incidents, injuries and conflicts in the warehouses.
- Collaborate in corporate event planning, onboarding, training, and employer branding.
- Assist the management team with a variety of issues and ad-hoc projects.

SKILLS:

- Expertise in administrative and purchasing management.
- Excellent communication and people management skills; must be a team player.
- Self-starter, highly organized, ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity, confidentiality, diplomacy and tact.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), learning and implementing new software and information systems.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment or knowledge in Health & Safety is an asset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree or college diploma.
- Minimum 2 years related experience in an administrative or purchasing role.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, both orally and in writing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
