**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of high school education (College or University education preferred)
- Experience working in **hearing clinic setting**:

- Familiar with ADP and third party funding programs (WSIB, ODSP, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral English
- Excellent people skills, polite telephone manners
- Interested in helping others, patient with challenged individuals
- Interested in technology, learning new things and troubleshooting
- Excellent organizational and computer skills (MS Office), attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with patient management software is an asset
- Familiarity with social media marketing and community outreach programs is an asset
