**The Opportunity**:
**The Marketing Content Specialist** plays a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive engagement and align with the company's objectives. This position focuses on content creation, management, social media oversight, collaboration with content creators, analytics and reporting, and staying updated on industry trends, particularly in AI and digital content creation tools. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, data analysis, and effective communication to ensure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. If you are passionate about content creation, social media engagement, and driving innovative marketing strategies, this role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity in the digital marketing landscape.

**How you'll help build the future**:

- Oversee the creation and management of engaging, on-brand content for various mediums and platforms, utilizing market trends and internal performance data to inform decisions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead the company's social media strategy, managing content calendars, engagement tactics, and analytics to enhance visibility and foster meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators, including writers, editors, illustrators, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and effective execution of marketing campaigns in line with strategic visions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and content engagement metrics, using data to drive future strategies and seeking continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI and digital content creation tools, to adapt marketing strategies and engage audiences through innovative approaches.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Advanced education in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, and analytics.
- Strong understanding in earned, owned and paid content marketing
- Strong knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in using data analytics for decision-making and optimization of marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive innovation in marketing initiatives. Experience in SaaS marketing
