RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting extensive A/B and multivariate testing, analysis, and reporting on key metrics impacting delivery, open rate, click through rate, conversion rate, and ROI;
- Developing meaningful database segmentation to tailor appropriate campaigns for targeted audiences;
- Creating data and content strategies to maximize performance;
- Working alongside Compliance to foresee and anticipate legal and/or regulatory issues;
- Keeping focus on long-term vision while executing on short-term performance goals.
- Maintain up-to-date campaign calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Tracking and reviewing all campaign metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis to identify opportunities for optimization, and help build presentations (PPT) for senior leadership.
- Measurement and optimization of content and campaign performance.
- Work with graphic designers to develop marketing campaign creative assets.
- Collaborating and assisting on other marketing/sales projects as requested.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree/Certification in Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in all areas of campaign management
- IP reputation management for both dedicated and shared IPs
- Working knowledge of delivery protocols and policies for all major domain groups.
- Basic understanding of HTML knowledge
- Excellent project management skills specific to marketing.
- HTML/CSS/AMP Knowledge
- Analytics, Reporting, (FBL's, Postmaster Tools, SNDS)
- ISP and ESP Knowledge
- Delivery Protocols and Policies: (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Compliance and Legal Knowledge
- Graphic Design Basics, Mobile and Testing Tools
- Linux LAMP experience, Apache, MySQL, and PHP/Python, basic scripting, or coding knowledge (as an asset)
