**Your Role**
- Acting as the primary liaison between healthcare professionals and Maple Respiratory Group, enhancing new business and client relations.
- Cultivating and maintaining business relationships with designated clients.
- Identifying new business prospects and assessing the sales potential of existing clients to sustain and expand referral sources.
- Organizing and executing pre-arranged meetings, including lunch presentations with healthcare professionals.
- Employing client-focused selling techniques, maintaining meticulous post-call notes for effective pre-call planning.
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions and referral histories, ensuring ongoing management of the client database.
- Achieving or surpassing targets for client engagement and interaction frequency.
- Educating healthcare professionals on diseases, assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and our services.
- Reporting on territory performance, highlighting challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborating with the operations team to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Staying informed about clinical and product developments for continuous professional growth.
- Monitoring competitor activities and reporting relevant findings.
- Organizing and participating in conferences and other networking events to promote business development.
- Collaborating closely with management and team members across departments to align on goals and strategies.
- Contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.

**Qualifications**
- 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
- A degree in Business, Science, Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or related training.
- A customer-centric approach with exceptional communication skills.
- Self-driven, with a competitive edge and a high degree of initiative.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet sales targets.
- A valid Alberta driver's license and the ability to travel to sales events or exhibits.
