**Voyago is hiring part-time Customer Service Specialists for our Logistics Centre in London, Ontario.**

**Your Role**
- You are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for our non-emergency Patient Transfer Division.
- You provide a high degree of customer service in a fast paced environment

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**
- You are able to read and communicate in English effectively
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- You have 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience
- You have the ability to work independently
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- You are an Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset
