**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar to optimize patient flow.
- Ensure accurate patient records by utilizing electronic medical records systems such as Epic and Dentrix.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including billing, insurance verification, and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
- Handle phone systems efficiently to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the clinic.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Epic and Dentrix, is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
- Experience managing front desk operations or similar roles in a healthcare environment is an asset.
