**Working Arrangement**

**Support Field Readiness**:

- Facilitate the coordination, execution and tracking of communication strategy to Wealth Sales related to the distribution and content build for internal and external facing e-newsletters
- Tracking success/KPIs and advisor engagement (leveraging analytics) of our various communications and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the coordination of roadshow, product launch and other strategic sales initiatives to ensure sales success and advisor experience
- Act as the sales lead for sales/marketing content platform new governance (content, ownership, managing updates, escalation strategy and training, etc)
- Support the execution and tracking of sales campaigns on a national level, identifying gaps in execution.

**Influence distribution reach**:

- Coordination and execution of national and firm specific business development activities (such as PM national calls schedule, invites, content, prep calls, follow up, tracking etc)
- Own Continuing Education (CE) process and submissions for Portfolio Manager and product launch events
- Own the tracking and effectiveness of the follow up process for events and lead generating activities

**Improve organizational efficiency**:

- Coordinate and organize the Internal Wholesaler Council meetings, including agenda development & follow-up
- Track national activity levels of various business development initiatives and drive higher adoption of sales tools
- Help build out and support best practices as well as provide recommendations for improvements
- Identify challenges, opportunities through analytics, WS feedback by making observations for how to be more effective (with communications, follow up, activity)

**Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies)**:

- Bilingualism required (English/French)
- Post-secondary education is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
- Strong PC skills with experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience in Mutual Fund business or brokerage/financial planning industry is an asset
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course is considered an asset
- Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills; ability to investigate problems without supervision
- Fast learner and self-starter, who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrate tact and professionalism and maintain confidentiality
