Our client is a top national law firm with multiple offices across Canada. Their Montreal office is hiring an experienced Bilingual Document Specialist to support the firm at a national level. The Job

In this role, you will be the expert when it comes to documentation. Your duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Managing and responding to document production requests in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting recovery of corrupt documents
  • Converting documents to the appropriate format
  • Maintaining and updating document versions
  • Proofreading and editing documents
  • Participating in training sessions to maintain system knowledge


What you bring to the job

As the Document Specialist, you have the ability to adapt to new technology and programs and, you will also come with:


  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
  • Bilingual in English & French
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in written communication in both English and French
  • Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services is considered an asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Solid work ethic and strong ability to work independently
