Habitat for Humanity Greater Toronto Area (Habitat GTA) is leading the way in addressing one of the most pressing issues of our time: the need for affordable housing. We are a land developer, a home builder, a fundraiser, and a mortgage holder. In support of our homebuilding operations, Habitat GTA operates retail home improvement stores called ReStores, which collect donations of home furnishings, appliances, and renovation materials and sells them to the public, with all proceeds helping us build more homes.

**The Opportunity**

The Development Officer, Corporate Partnerships, will lead the planning and execution of corporate team engagement experiences including and not limited to the Habitat Build Day program and provide key support with special projects for the Fund Development team. This is a front-line position managing inquiries from the corporate sector as well as coordination and scheduling with internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer service. The incumbent will personally manage a portfolio of prospects at the $5K - 20K level to achieve annual goals and to help build a pipeline for sustainable growth.

- Ensures that all policies relating to corporate relations/fundraising are
- Contributes to the ongoing development and implementation of corporate relations/fundraising policies and

**_Habitat Build Day Program_**
- Manage strategic scheduling of Habitat Build Days (HBD) for corporate teams on active Habitat build sites in the GTA.
- Provide regular reports on HBD program
- Ensure weekly strategy meetings are held with the construction team and volunteer services team leads to ensure Habitat Build Day priorities are aligned with build tasks, crew leader availability, and overall needs of the building site to roll out a successful corporate team build day.
- Provide timely notice of construction delays, cancellations, multiple bookings, adjustment of team size, special requests, etc.
- Ensure that the corporate partner’s special requests are met to the best of the organization’s ability—so long as these requests are aligned with the organization’s beliefs, policies, and
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen on-site donor engagement
- Consistently follow up with HBD participants regarding scheduling, registrations, payment, surveys, and other communications as
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring corporate groups have a clear understanding of registration and fundraising requirements.
- Provide technical support to ensure corporate groups have a positive fundraising
- Create and ensure donor HBD fundraising pages are up to date on the Artez platform.
- Own the corporate team responsibilities related to the volunteer management system (VolunteerHub) and fundraising platform (Artez).
- Work collaboratively with the corporate team to develop strategies for upgrading Habitat Build Day sponsors, renewing lapsed supporters, and increasing donor retention.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure the effective rollout of partner recognition, benefits, event deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Lead the development and maintenance of all solicitation and stewardship assets related to corporate engagement opportunities by working closely with internal stakeholders from marketing and resource development to develop brochures, webpages, presentations, letters, experience surveys, and social media posts,
