**About this role at spaice Studio**:
As a **Business Development Representative**, you need to be comfortable engaging with people at every level and you know how to work across all verticals of a business. Your duties and responsibilities revolve around expanding the sales process and client relationships, delivering presentations and developing leads. You will work in tandem with the marketing team to help them strategize better campaigns. You will expand our industry presence by building and strengthening our brand identity. **Responsibilities Include**:
1. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and handling sales enquiries.

2. Make presentation and on-site consultation and products and materials selection.

3. Prepare proposal and quotation based on client’s planning and requirements.

5. Tracking and identifying new growth opportunities.

6. Coordinate with Management in establishing sales goals and metrics

7. Work with a diverse Team and Managers

8. Collaborate in weekly Team meetings to promote collaboration and communication.

**Qualification**:
1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.

2. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

3. Ability to tracking and identify new growth opportunities.

4. Strong negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities.

5. Ability to understand the business with excellent written and communication skills

6. Familiarity with CRM platforms and related software.

7. Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information

8. Well-developed communication skills, in-person and through a variety of media

9. Priority consideration for those who have experience in home renovation industry.

**Work Schedule**:

- Weekday, Weeknights and Weekends, about 40 Hours per Week

**Salary**: Base + Commission, commensurate with experience

- Ability to commute

**Experience**:

- Customer-Oriented and Confident, Out-Going, Energetic and Positive.
- Design, Home Improvement, Renovation and/or Construction Field required.
- Previous Training on Sales, Management and Marketing a Plus.

**Language**:

- Excellent command of written and spoken English (required)
- Second Language (an asset)
