Main Responsibilities
**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of product line(s) as assigned. Activities to include SKU management, competitive intelligence research, promotional strategies, sales team training, collateral materials development, advertising and other activities to meet or exceed Company goals and objectives.
- Seek feedback from sales team to identify optimal collateral or educational material. This will include traveling with sales team members to directly interact with customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer and how customers (veterinarians, producers and pet owners) utilize product(s) and what information or product modifications they need to remove barriers to the use of product(s).
- Coordinate development of Market Research to identify opportunities for increased penetration and growth of existing products, including competitor analysis.
- Monitor competitive environment to develop marketing and product development strategies to gain market share.
- Develop, coordinate and measure effectiveness of advertising and promotional strategies.
- Contribute to the company website, creative visuals and other digital activities.
- Identify, propose and manage the launch of new products that are a strategic fit to the product line being managed and/or to the Company as a whole.
- Prepare and manage marketing budget to ensure financial targets are met.
- Attend, and help coordinate and gain value from, key national and regional veterinary conferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key veterinarians and opinion leaders.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Gérer tous les aspects des gammes de produits assignés. - Coordonner le développement d'études de marché pour identifier les opportunités d'augmentation de la pénétration et de la croissance des produits existants, y compris l'analyse des concurrents.
- Surveiller l'environnement concurrentiel pour développer des stratégies de marketing et de développement de produits pour gagner des parts de marché.
- Développer, coordonner et mesurer l'efficacité des stratégies publicitaires et promotionnelles.
- Contribuer au site Web de l'entreprise, aux visuels créatifs et à d'autres activités numériques. - Identifier, proposer et gérer le lancement de nouveaux produits qui s'intègrent stratégiquement à la gamme de produits gérée et/ou à l'entreprise dans son ensemble.
- Préparer et gérer le budget marketing pour s'assurer que les objectifs financiers sont atteints.
- Assister et aider à coordonner et à valoriser les principales conférences vétérinaires nationales et régionales.
- Construire et maintenir des relations solides avec les vétérinaires et les leaders d'opinion clés.

- 2+ years marketing experience in the Animal Health industry (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Digital marketing experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual English and French is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel). The knowledge of the Adobe suite (Adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator and adobe indesign) would be an additional value.
