Product Delivery Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Product Delivery**:
- Oversee the entire product delivery process, ensuring smooth execution from planning to deployment.
- Coordinate between technical teams, product managers, and clients to ensure alignment on delivery goals and timelines.
- Monitor and track delivery milestones, making adjustments to schedules as necessary.
- **Quality Assurance Oversight**:
- Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout the delivery process by implementing QA best practices.
- Ensure that all features and releases are tested rigorously for bugs, performance, and usability before they are delivered to clients.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to create and maintain automated testing pipelines where necessary.
- **Risk Management**:
- Identify potential delivery risks, quality issues, or blockers early on, and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
- Ensure any defects or issues raised during testing are addressed before final release.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on delivery progress and quality checks.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain thorough documentation of delivery processes, quality standards, and release notes.
- Provide regular reports on delivery and quality metrics to senior management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the product delivery process, including opportunities to enhance quality assurance.
- Implement process improvements that reduce defects and streamline delivery timelines.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in product delivery, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and the ability to create and maintain QA processes.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks for both manual and automated testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and release management.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and project-related information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
