Nature of work:

- The principal and customary work of the employee in this employment class consists in performing various kinds of technical tasks of an administrative nature related to the monitoring and implementation of the College’s main quality assurance mechanisms that support student success, program/department management and the Strategic Plan. Employees in this employment class assist support personnel as well as users of the department concerned. They coordinate the team’s work in carrying out more complex technical tasks. The work also includes supporting the Coordinator of the Quality Assurance and Planning Office and other members of the administrative unit.**Responsibilities**:
- Compile survey results and data, both quantitative and qualitative, and distribute to internal and external stakeholders;
- Collaborate in the drafting of surveys;
- Assist in the editing of plans and reports produced by the Quality Assurance & Planning Office;
- Complete all formatting of plans, reports, and appendices produced by the Quality Assurance & Planning Office;
- Liaise with external bodies and organizations;
- Organize meetings;
- Take, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, transcribe meeting notes;
- Draft internal and external correspondence;
- Liaise with college departments/areas regarding quality assurance mechanisms;
- Update and maintain QAPO website and SharePoint site;
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Coordinator of Quality Assurance and Planning Office or his/her delegate.

**Length of the contract**: February to May 26, 2023

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications:

- In the administration field, have a diploma of college studies (DEC) in administration with an appropriate specialty or, in the office automation field, a diploma of college studies (DEC) in office automation with an appropriate specialty or, a diploma or an attestation of studies which is recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.
- Conditions:
- Advanced oral and written English communication skills (testing may be required);
- Basic written and Intermediate oral French communication skills (testing may be required);
- Intermediate level Word and Excel (testing may be required);
- Must possess excellent time management skills;
- Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills;
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of Omnivox survey module an asset;
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint an asset.
