Your expertise in the Russian manicure technique will be crucial in delivering top-notch nail services to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Russian manicure techniques with precision and skill, ensuring the health and integrity of the natural nails.
- Provide a range of nail services including shaping, filing, cuticle care, and nail art, using high-quality products and tools.
- Assess the condition of clients' nails and recommend appropriate treatments or products to maintain and improve nail health.
- Educate clients about proper nail care routines and offer personalized recommendations for at-home maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry, including advancements in Russian manicure methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Russian Manicure Nail Technician, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- In-depth knowledge of Russian manicure techniques, tools, and products.
- Certification or training in nail care
- Strong attention to detail and precision, with an eye for creating flawless nail finishes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their preferences.
