Develop sales strategies to penetrate targeted customer accounts, through planned sales calls and cold calls to customers. Gathering information on decision makers,
- Learn customers Equipment needs and replacement cycles. Using Intel gathered from sales calls to develop sales plans and forecast customer needs.
- Identify key and target customers, develop, and expand our product lines with that target group.
- Expand the company’s product and service offerings to the Energy, Agriculture, Forestry, Marine, Mining, and Off-Highway markets, to and to include new and unconventional customers,
- Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities in line with the business objectives
- Analyze business data in order to engage in forecasting and business planning discussion
- Provide information on business opportunities, critical success factors, and market expectations
- Implement performance management strategies that enhance sales effectiveness
- Provide a solutions-based/intuitive selling style by identifying client needs and potential future requirements
- Provide a genuine solutions-based, consultative sell to resolve client issues
- Manage all key stakeholders, from external clients to relevant internal departments
- Execute professional and effective client presentations with an innate ability to 'close the sale' and manage the full process in line with stakeholder expectations
- Identify solutions to handle conflict in a sensible, fair, and efficient matter
- Actively represent the organization effectively within the industry; exhibit at and attend relevant trade shows and industry events,
- proactively network and consistently maintain brand presence in the market
- Execute annual sales plans that meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
- Drive integrated sales with other business sectors

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
