Tu auras comme principal mandat de contribuer au rayonnement de la marque sur les différents canaux de communication en rédigeant des contenus engageants qui ont pour but de convertir. Dans ton rôle de rédaction marketing, tu devras prendre acte du contexte en envisageant les différentes dispositions mentales des diverses cibles qui fluctuent pour répondre à leurs besoins et les objectifs de l’entreprise avec efficience.

Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?- Collaborer à définir et à maintenir le ton et l’image des marques d’EspaceProprio et assurer le respect de l’axe de communication marketing;-
- Participer aux rencontres de remue-méninges et de suivis de projets;-
- Collaborer avec les équipes afin de rédiger et mettre à jour l’ensemble des pièces marketing de l’entreprise et en faire la révision linguistique;-
- Rédiger du contenu matériel promotionnel qui doit viser à engager les lecteurs et à encourager la vente de nos services;-
- Rédiger des déclinaisons des messages publicitaires en fonction des campagnes des publics cibles, adapter les messages aux différents médias traditionnels et numériques, etc.;-
- Rédiger du contenu en collaboration avec des intervenants internes pour différentes plateformes pour tout ce qui a trait au marketing relationnel (courriels, marketing automation, etc.);-
- Développer des idées créatives de contenu avec l’équipe de la marque et du studio de création ;-
- Optimiser la performance des campagnes publicitaires par des moyens créatifs et stratégiques;-
- Développer du matériel de support aux ventes, aux partenariats, pièces marketing lors d'événements, etc.;-
- Assurer la création de contenu en lien avec les landing page visant à améliorer la conversion des campagnes, objectifs, etc.;-
- Participer à une veille de la concurrence et des tendances en marketing immobilier.Ce qu’il te faut pour être Rédacteur, marketing chez nous?- Avoir complété une formation collégiale, universitaire ou autre en communication, marketing ou autre domaine pertinent au poste;-
- Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;-
- Être capable de travailler en équipe, dans des délais serrés, et de mener plusieurs tâches de front;-
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française;-
- Maîtrise de la langue anglaise afin de desservir une plus vaste clientèle;-
- Connaître les logiciels de la suite MS Office 365 (Word, Excel et PowerPoint, Teams);-
