**Résumé des fonctions**

Le conseiller, rédaction produit une variété de textes et de publications couvrant plusieurs médias (imprimé, radio, vidéo, réseaux sociaux, courriels), contenus (i.e. bulletins d’informations, publipostage, brochures, web) et communications corporatives (communiques de presse, allocutions, rapports annuels, présentations) dans le but de promouvoir la Fédération CJA et ses agences affiliées.

**Description du mandat**
- Travaille étroitement avec l’équipe du marketing et des communications dans le but de rédiger des messages et développer des contenus captivants.
- Conseille sa clientèle en matière de rédaction et contribue à l’élaboration de contenu pour les projets en cours, incluant les communications internes et externes.
- Élaborer des textes captivants pour les initiatives de collecte de fonds, en mettant l'accent sur le contenu du publipostage et du marketing direct.
- Rédiger des textes et des slogans pour les concepts créatifs de la campagne annuelle.
- Rédiger des textes de contenu pour les médias sociaux et le site web.
- Révise tous les projets de marketing et communications rédigés.
- Aide à la recherche et à la collecte d’information lors de la planification et du développement des concepts et des contenus.
- Diplôme universitaire en communications ou marketing, journalisme, ou un champs connexe
- Un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en communications corporatives, marketing/publicité incluant le développement de contenu et les relations avec les médias
- Une passion pour le développement de contenu créatif, captivant et concis, tout en assurant le respect des styles de rédactions (allocutions, rédactions ciblées)
- Excellentes habileté d’édition et de révision
- Connaissance des médias locaux (TV, radio, journaux, interactif)
- Excellentes habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles et capable d’établir, développer et maintenir des relations-clés avec plusieurs intervenants
- Excellentes habiletés pour la gestion de projet, incluant l’organisation, le souci du détail et la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement au rythme soutenu
- Connaissances informatiques : maitrise de la Suite Microsoft Office, WordPress et bonnes connaissances des réseaux sociaux
- Personnalité créative, innovatrice et passionnée
- Expérience en travail dans la communauté juive et/ou connaissance des organisations sans but lucratif à mission philanthropique, la collecte de fonds et le développement, l’entrepreneuriat social, un atout.

**Job Summary**:
**Description of mandate**:

- Work with Communications and Marketing team to draft messages and build engaging communications solutions and content to engage a wide variety of audiences.
- Develop compelling copy for fundraising initiatives with a strong emphasis on direct mail/direct marketing content.
- Write copy and taglines for annual campaign creative concepts.
- Write copy for social media and website content.
- Act as proofreader for all Marketing Communications projects.
- Assist in research and information gathering during planning stages of copy and concept development.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing, Journalisme or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate communications, marketing/advertising including copy development and media relations
- Excellence in story-telling and branding for both annual campaign and community programming.
- Passion for developing creative, compelling and concise content all while capturing individual tones and character (e.g. script/ghost writing, writing for various target groups, etc.)
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with local PR/media offerings (i.e. TV, radio, print, interactive)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish, develop and maintain key relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, including organization, attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress and good knowledge of social media
- Creative, innovative, and passionate;
- Knowledge and/or experience with Jewish communal work and/or familiarity with non-profit, philanthropically-based organizations, fundraising and development, social entrepreneurship, and non-profits a plus.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
