_**WeCook**_ est une entreprise de e-commerce en forte croissance dans l’industrie alimentaire. Nous sommes une compagnie innovatrice, pionnière dans la création de solution de repas préparés depuis 2012, et n’avons cessé de grandir depuis. Notre mission est d’aider les gens à adopter un régime alimentaire sain et équilibré tout en leur permettant de sauver du temps chaque semaine en cuisinant pour eux des repas santé.

Relevant de la Directrice image de marque et de contenu, le rédacteur de contenu médias sociaux et web conçoit et rédige du contenu engageant et destiné à supporter les initiatives prises d’un point de vue marketing. Il se décrit comique, aime avoir du plaisir et ça se ressent dans son humour à la fois mordant et witty, subtile et intelligent. Il est moins du type slogan à la «Savourez la saison», il ne cherche pas juste à faire des stunts publicitaires. Il souhaite donner un sens et une fonction, car il est un designer des mots. En assurant la cohérence du contenu diffusé ainsi que son exactitude grammaticale dans les deux langues officielles, le rédacteur se fait la voix de la marque WeCook à travers plusieurs médias et canaux de communication.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Concevoir et rédiger du contenu accrocheur destiné à des plateformes et supports variés (site web, infolettres, média sociaux affiches, pamphlets, etc.), en adéquation avec la stratégie et direction artistique.
- Assurer l’homogénéité et la cohérence du ton et du style du contenu de toutes les communications internes et externes.
- Effectuer la recherche nominale et déterminer la tonalité de marque selon la stratégie et le positionnement
- Concevoir et rédiger des messages de marque en co-création avec la directrice de marque
- Planifier et coordonner différents projets spéciaux de contenu - coordination avec nos mem membres de l'équipe, gestion des délais et des priorités, et supervision du processus de production de contenu.
- Participer à l’élaboration et au développement des différentes campagnes de publicité et de communication, de concert avec l’équipe marketing.
- Développer et implanter les standards et lignes directrices en matière de communication et rédaction de contenu.
- Contribuer à adapter la stratégie de communication selon la performance des communications et le trafic généré par le contenu web.
- Surveiller les tendances de l’industrie relatives à la diffusion et au contenu des communications.

**COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing, communication, journalisme ou une discipline connexe, un atout
- Expérience avérée dans un rôle similaire.
- Bilinguisme Français/Anglais, parlé et écrit.
- Compétences rédactionnelles irréprochables dans les deux langues.
- Excellentes syntaxe et grammaire dans les deux langues.
- Intérêt marqué pour la nourriture et le contenu « lifestyle ».
- Faire preuve de créativité et d’imagination
- Forte attention aux détails.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Habiletés à gérer plusieurs projets et mandats simultanément.

- **WeCook **_is a fast-growing e-commerce company in the food industry. Our mission is to help people adopt a healthy and balanced diet and save them time every week by cooking healthy meals for them.

Reporting to the Brand and Content Director, the social media and web copywriter conceptualizes and writes engaging content to support marketing initiatives. They describe themselves as humorous, enjoying fun, and this is reflected in their humor, which is both sharp and witty, subtle and intelligent. They are not the type to create slogans like "Savor the season"; they are not just looking to create advertising stunts. They aim to give meaning and purpose because they are word designers. Ensuring the consistency of the content and its grammatical accuracy in both official languages, the copywriter becomes the voice of the WeCook brand across various media and communication channels.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Conceptualize and write compelling content for various platforms and media (website, newsletters, social media, posters, brochures, etc.), in alignment with the strategy and artistic direction.
- Ensure the consistency and coherence of the tone and style of content in all internal and external communications.
- Perform naming research and determine the brand's tone in accordance with the strategy and positioning.
- Create and write brand messages in collaboration with the brand and content director.
- Plan and coordinate various special content projects - coordination with our team members, deadline management, and supervision of the content production process.
