- Performs a variety of administrative support functions such as word processing, composing, and signing correspondence, typing program reports and documents from notes and/or recording devices, and answering general inquiries relate to programs and policies.**Shift Rotation/Hours of work**: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00**Terrace **has a population 12,700 (2021) residents. **Qualifications**:

- Grade 12, a certificate from a recognized office administration certificate program, plus one-year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Holds a Class 5 Drivers License as required by program.

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to relate well to people of all ages.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Ability to type 50 wpm.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Ability to problem solve.
