We are currently looking to fill the position of Accounting Administrative Assistant to work within our London, Ontario head office.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Marketing Administrative Assistant you will:

- Assist the Marketing team with campaigns, projects, and communication.
- Assist with maintaining project timelines and deadlines for marketing department.
- Assist with updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation, databases, media assets, reports, listings, etc.
- Assist with internal communication.
- Assist with developing and managing our social media accounts including uploading and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Answer online reviews and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with production and printing quotes.
- Assist with other duties deemed necessary by Director of Marketing.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- College degree or equivalate work experience.
- Competent computer skills including MS Office.
- Experience with MailChimp, Canva, and Meta Business Suite is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Must be self-starter and can work on a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and coordinate multiple projects.
- Able to work with a team or independently.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
