Seeking a Senior Marketing and Sales :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing and Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, and expanding our client base. This position is in person.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Identify potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our services through market research and networking.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Meet or Exceed sales targets.

- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and capabilities.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase brand visibility.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the printing or related industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
