We are seeking an executive assistant to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As an executive assistant you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing their experience with our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating/attending photo shoots
- Coordinate open house schedules and agents to host open houses
- Picking up deposit cheques
- Preparing and delivering client gifts
- Coordinating possessions with clients and cooperating agent
- Attending home inspections
- Organizing junk removal, repair person, and or cleaners
- Hang for sale and sold signs
- Assisting with the scheduling of social media content
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and team efficiency.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in the real estate industry.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible hours
- MUST HAVE A PERSONAL VEHICLE

HOURS: Must be available evenings and Saturdays
