As an executive assistant you will provide comprehensive support to our eCommerce technology executives and leadership team by being adept at managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and assisting with various projects.

What you’ll do as an executive assistant:
- Coordinate and manage multiple executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and necessary documentation. Ensure that meeting rooms are equipped, and logistics are arranged appropriately- Handle all aspects of travel planning and logistics, including international travel, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and visa arrangements as needed.- Be the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and vendors, keeping communication channels professional and courteous to build strong relationships and partnerships- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large events, such as recognition ceremonies, team-building activities, and company-wide celebrations. Ensure smooth logistics, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to budget constraints- Conduct monthly reconciliation of leaders’ and department budget, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines

What we’re looking for:
- Proven 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting technology executives- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the adaptability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software like MS Teams.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism- Passion/ interest in technology and industry trends is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
