**Career Overview/Responsibilities**:

- You’re primarily responsible for providing end user support.
- You’ll take part in acquisition projects for new shops. This includes provisioning hardware, accounts, and services, and visiting the location to complete installs.
- Travel to new locations to supporting onboarding. Expect to be away for 1 week every other month.

**What does it take for consideration with Lift Auto Group?**
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
- Competent in resolving issues relating to Windows 10/11, Office 365 software, printing, cell phones, Office 365 user accounts, and basic networking.
- Some experience with utilizing Azure Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, and Teams to resolve user facing issues and provision services.
- Real-world experience with PowerShell.
- Bonus points for those with experience in the collision industry.

**Benefits**
- This is a low-pressure role. After-hours requests for support are almost non-existent. There is no on-call roster.
- Your schedule is flexible. Work with the team to ensure coverage during business hours while balancing after-hours work and personal activities.
- You’re welcome to work from home when your assigned tasks do not require physical presence.
- Exposure to a modern tech stack. We live in M365 for communication, collaboration, user, and workstation management. Our network hardware is provided by Meraki.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
