**ROLE**: Support Technician - Entry Level

**DESCRIPTION**:Quicktech is looking for a full-time Technical Support Technician at the Entry Level to join our current talented team of technicians in Vancouver

**MISSION**: To provide prompt, educated and courteous support resolving the clients' first level technical issues, escalating when it is beyond your level of expertise

**CANDIDATE EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- A+ certification is an asset
- Network+, Unifi, Sophos, Fortinet, certifications are a major asset
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a major asset

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDATIONS**:

- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar Tier 1 Support Technician role
- Experience with networking and firewalls
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems, including Server
- Experience with virtual machines (VMWARE, HYPER-V, etc)

- $50,000 to $60,0000 annually

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
