Administrative Clerk/broker Pay Coordinator

Position: Administrative Clerk/Broker Pay Coordinator
Location: Mississauga, ON
Wesbell is seeking an Administrative Clerk/Broker Pay Coordinator to support our Operations and Accounting departments.
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include**
1. Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
2. Processing and Auditing broker invoices
3. Perform tasks including updating brokers information and rates accordingly.
4. Match Biweekly payroll summary
5. Assume any other assigned and related tasks as directed.
**Education (Theoretical Training)**
1. Minimum High School Diploma
2. Post secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting as an asset
**Job Requirements & Experience**
1. Prior Broker pay experience preferred
2. Prior transportation and logistics experience preferred
3. Strong Knowledge in MS office, especially Excel
4. Microsoft GP experience an asset
5. Familiar with basic financial terms and practices
6. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, with strict time constraints
7. Ability to multitask to meet priorities and commitments
8. Must be an organized self starter who takes initiative
9. Must be a problem solver
10. Consistent work habits with fine attention to detail
11. Superior customer relationship skills
