We are looking for an IT consultant with at least 12 years experience providing both on site and remote support to customers. Technologies you will be required to support include: VMWare, Dell Compellent SAN, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Terminal Service/Remote Printing, iSCSI, SonicWall, Microsoft O365. Other technologies that would be an asset include Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL server.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system performance and ensure security measures are in place, including firewalls and antivirus software
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist with the procurement of IT equipment and software

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Understanding of local area networks (LAN) and virtual private networks (VPN)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
