Mr Swirl the Friendly Plumber keeps on growing and is looking to expand our team with another commercial Business Developer. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional that enjoys building relationships, achieving success, overcoming challenges, closing deals, and securing contracts. The focus of this position is to attain new restoration companies and Strata prospects. We are looking for the right individual to drive the growth of our company with plumbing and drain cleaning services.

The right representative will be provided with training on our systems and procedures. Mr Swirl will also be providing a company phone, tablet, and other necessary equipment for operation.
**Tasks**:
- Present and sell company maintenance and services to new prospects
- Prepare proposals to clients
- Establish & maintain positive relationships with clients
- Reach out to and meet with potential prospects
- Coordinate sold projects
- Achieve revenue, gross margin and account targets through sales to new accounts
- Complete paperwork and updating database accurately in a timely manner
- Self-motivated leader with proven experience in generating leads and closing new account
- Achieve targeted goals and receive additional commissions and bonus’s
**Qualifications**:
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Attentive detail to estimating projects
- Strong knowledge of OneDrive and Microsoft Office
- Motivated to achieve targets
- Previous plumbing, drainage, and heating knowledge is highly recommended
- Valid driver’s license
