This role is a hybrid work arrangement. Work schedule to be discussed with the hiring Manager according to the guidelines defined by the department.

Your role

Your specific responsibilities include:
- Support the delivery of functional system enhancements and defect fixes by collaborating with internal colleagues to update process maps and procedures, training materials, and support in the development of communications.- Triage service requests and provide first-line functional support to People and Culture Operations to aid them in responding to employee, manager, and HR Business Partner requests and questions pertaining to Workday functionality.- Maintain KPIs of service requests and change requests, identifying trends and proposing proactive solutions to improve organizational understanding and adoption of Workday- Intake change requests for assigned functional workstreams, ensuring accurate and timely handling of requests, providing client service to persons who submit requests, and appropriate alignment of internal colleagues.- Support the Sr. HRIS Specialists with processing approved organizational and data changes, as well as functional analysis, testing, and configuration of Workday as required.- Participate in gathering business requirements and authoring, training documentation, decision logs, project close out records and sending follow up surveys.- Research Workday Community proactively for solutions and key roadmap milestones.

What you bring to the table?- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.- 2 to 3 years experience within a People & Culture or Human Resources team (preferably utilizing Workday for some or all of this experience) with dedicated Centers of Expertise and Shared Services functions.- Experience working directly with Workday, JIRA and/or ServiceNow is an asset.- Experience in client service or customer service is considered an asset.- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requests concurrently, staying organized and delivering to service level agreements.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to explain technology concepts and issues in a manner that stakeholders understand.- A curious, solutions focused mindset.- Tenacious in the pursuit of continuous improvement.- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
