Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Les Architectes Joly Baygin. This is a permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare proposals and working drawings for architecture or engineering projects;
  • Assist in supervising construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget;
  • Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities;
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects;
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction management);
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on coordinating and supervising projects;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, and MS PowerPoint;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial and/or industrial construction, interior and space planning, renovation, residential construction, restoration, and/or preservation would be an asset.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, and life insurance.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule, working primarily from our office in an urban area. Public transportation is available. The work setting involves sitting for extended periods, requiring excellent concentration and attention to detail.
